Prompt Score is a Chrome extension that counts how many prompts you send on claude.ai and estimates token usage. It tracks prompt counts, conversation counts, streaks, and timestamps — locally in your browser.
If you don't sign in: Nothing leaves your browser. All data is stored in Chrome's local storage on your device. We have zero access to it.
If you sign in with Google: We store your Google display name, email, and profile photo URL in our database (hosted on Supabase) to power the leaderboard and social features. We also sync your aggregate stats (prompt counts, token estimates, streak data, achievements) to our server.
We do not read, store, or transmit the content of your prompts or Claude's responses. We do not access your Claude account credentials. We do not track your browsing activity outside of claude.ai. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.
The extension detects when you send a message on claude.ai by observing outgoing network requests. It counts the request and estimates the token size from the request payload length. It does not inspect or store the actual content of your messages.
Sign-in uses Google OAuth via Supabase. We request access to your name, email, and profile picture — nothing else. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google service.
Local data (stats, daily counts, skin preferences) is stored in chrome.storage.local on your device. You can clear it anytime via the extension's reset button or by removing the extension.
Server data (profile, synced stats, leaderboard position) is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. You can delete your account by signing out and contacting us.
We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting. We use Google for OAuth sign-in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or any other third-party tracking services.
Prompt Score is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
